I adore autumn. The leaves start to change, the weather gets a bit cooler, there is just something special in the air. Plus, it includes Thanksgiving, one of my favorite holidays. It’s basically the Olympics of food. Holiday or not, there’s nothing quite like cozying up on a chilly day in a warm sweater and fuzzy socks with a yummy bowl of soup. Here are some delicious vegetarian soup recipes you should be sure to try this season!

Irish Red Ale Butternut Squash Bisque (The Beeroness) The goat cheese and pomegranate seeds on top make this fall soup look oh-so-yummy (not to mention pretty).

Butternut Squash and Apple Soup (Delish) The perfect blend of sweet and savory to warm your day.
